Meet Helena Matsen
Helena Matsen is the founder of Health-In-Balance and PET-TAP. She moved to the US in the late 80’s from Europe to pursue a life of active meditation and to study the teachings of various masters of healing and balance. Since a very young age, she found a great deal of personal peace and developed a strong desire to help others in their own healing process.

As an wellness consultant and ordained minister, Helena has been working as a practitioner for more than twelve years, mostly with women, parents, children and pets including dogs, cats and horses by offering the following holistic therapies:

She is also a EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique- consultant and workshop facilitator, and uses therapeutic essential oils for people and pets.

Philosophy of Healing
At Health-In-Balance and PET-TAP Helena’s philosophy is promoting the use of the 3 E’s : Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy, so that success is reached by utilizing the above skills with intuition to help you attain your desire goal and to help your energetic field to remember that. To paraphrase one of Helena’s teachers: “There are no diseases only dis-eased Conditions” (Sir Brian Jenner).

The Rain Drop Technique
The “Raindrop Technique” is a sequence of applying therapeutic grade oils to the feet and spine, stimulating the body’s natural healing ability at the cellular level through the oils. This brings the body into structural and electrical alignment, boosts the immune system and dissolves away stress.
