EARNING YOUR FIRST BONUS
IIf you choose to become a member and begin to share the products with others, you can earn 25% commission on purchases made the first month by each new member that you personally enroll and 15% commission on the same member's purchases made during there second month.

STAR PERFORMANCE BONUS

MATCHING BONUS
You are rewarded for helping your new member sign up new people. You receive a benefit. Young Living will match the bonus that your new distributor earns and gives you the same dollar amount. Young Living appreciates your efforts in assisting a new member in building their businesses.

AS YOUR BUSINESS GROWS, SO DOES THE OPPORTUNITY FOR ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION.

UNILEVEL REWARDS
You will receive a percentage of the sales generated by your group. The depth of your organization increases. You will be awarded from 1 to 5 levels down depending on your progress or rank.

GENERATION REWARDS
Life changes when you reach the rank of SILVER! You have just given yourself a significant raise!

To become a SILVER rank, TWO of your members must qualify as EXECUTIVES. This means that each of these members brings in a "group volume" in sales of $5,000.
When you have an EXECUTIVE under you, someone that you mentored, you are called a GENERATION. You will now receive a GENERATION BONUS down to, but not including the next SILVER in that group, of an addition 3%. If one of these members become SILVER, you will receive 4% compensation on the new generation.

As a silver, you are now assigned a staff member from the corporate office to assist you with questions, guidance and support. Also, your personal purchases each month go from $50 to $100. This is easy to fulfill when you are busy sharing the products with others!

LEADERSHIP BONUSES
There are additional LEADERSHIP Bonus as you move forward. Quick, generous rewards are given to you as you build a solid structure to expand your business. In addition, there are opportunities for travel, teaching, meeting others that are building their organization, visit the Young Living Farms, continued education under Dr. Gary Young and more.
