Meet Bonnie Joanette
"Hi, my name is Bonnie Joanette I am a wife
and mother. I live near Tisdale, Saskatchewan, Canada. I love barrel racing, riding my horses
and spending time connecting with nature, animals, my family and friends."

Bonnie grew up on a mixed farm with horses being her passion. Since the early 90’s Quest for Health of her family and Peak Performance for her horses led to many healing modalities. Acquiring Certificates in: Equine Massage Therapy, IKC Touch for Health Practitioner/Instructor, Reiki Master, Vita-Flex & Raindrop Technique Practitioner, Color & Crystal Therapy, Training in Animal Communication and Equine Acupressure.

Peak Performance Therapy
Bonnie’s “Peak Performance Therapy” assesses the complete system. I look for structural, energy and nutritional imbalances in the body. Then using the proper balancing techniques that create a state of deep relaxation stimulating energy flow. Strengthening the body's own natural ability to heal itself, enhances health, performance and wholeness on all levels.

It is my intention to compliment your health care program for you and/or your horse. As a horse owner, trainer or caregiver it is your responsibility to be aware and maintain your horses' physical and emotional health. Just as it is your responsibly to take care of yourself physical and emotionally.

Awareness and Consistency is key to you or your horse having Peak Performance. Accessing the whole picture between you and your horse to get an understanding where the imbalances lie. Total balance brings total partnership to put you at your “Peak Performance” all the time.

To succeed in wholeness we all need to be on the same page, willing to communicate and work with the same goal in mind. Bonnie can help you and/or your horse become balanced that will heal your Body, Mind & Spirit.

Touch For Health Kinesiology
In Touch For Health we use a series of light muscle testing to evaluate the whole body. Muscle testing will detect various imbalances in the body that may relate to pain, stress, nutrition, injuries, or other issues in our daily lives. “Rei" is a Japanese word meaning universal. "Ki" is the life energy. This energy is universal, or all knowing that understands each person completely. Reiki is a wonderful method of "laying on of hands”. It is simple, safe, and great for releasing stress in our daily lives.
