Baked Sweet Potatoes

½ c. extra virgin olive oil
½ c. Young Living Blue Agave
¼ c. hot water
½ tsp. Young Living Stevia Extract (optional)
2 drops Young Living clove oil
3 drops Young Living cinnamon bark oil
4-5 sweet potatoes or yams, sliced 2 inches thick
In a 2-cup measuring cup, combine liquid ingredients. Fill the bottom of an 11 x 13 baking dish with slices of sweet potato or yam. Pour liquid mixture over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, turning potatoes after 15 minutes. Makes 8 servings.

Blue Agave Yam Bake
4 large yams
¾ c. Blue Agave
1 drop of cinnamon oil
1 drop of nutmeg oil
2 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
¼ c. walnuts (optional)
Peel and cut yams 1 inch thick. Mix all other ingredients together. Coat yams and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
