SMOOTHIE RECIPES WITH ESSENTIAL OILS

Banana-Nut Smoothie with Aromatherapy

1-2 frozen bananas
1 ½ c. frozen pineapple
1 tsp. Blue Agave
½ c. coconut, unsulfured
½ c. pecans or almonds
½ c. rice or grain milk

Mix together in blender and serve immediately.

Blueberry Smoothie with Aromatherapy

2 c. frozen peaches
1 c. frozen blueberries
1 Tbs. Blue Agave
2 c. rice or goat milk
¼ c. walnuts
1 drop of lemon oil

Mix together in blender and serve immediately.

Peach and Mango Breakfast Smoothie

1/2 c. frozen peaches
½ c. frozen mangos
2 scoops Young Living Balance Complete
12 oz. water
Young Living cinnamon bark oil (to taste)

Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Frozen fruit gives the smoothie a cold, thick consistency but can be replaced with fresh fruit. Makes one serving.
