½ c. brown rice
2 c. chicken broth
3 Tbsp. butter or coconut oil
1 large onion, sliced into wedges
1 Tbsp. Young Living Blue Agave

In medium skillet melt butter or coconut oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and agave. Sauté until butter is absorbed and onions are translucent and soft. Lower heat and cook onions for another 20 minutes until they are caramelized. Stir in cranberries. Cover skillet and cook for 10 minutes or until berries start to swell.
