Sun-Dried Tomato Pizza

1/3 c. sun-dried tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 medium tomato, halved
1-2 drops Young Living oregano oil
1-2 drops Young Living basil oil
12-inch  pizza dough
½ zucchini, sliced
½ yellow squash, sliced
½ yellow squash, sliced
½ purple onion, sliced
6-8 grape tomatoes, halved
Additional extra virgin olive oil
6-8 sliced soy cheese or mozzarella cheese

In a blender, mix sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, medium tomato, and essential oils. Spread onto pizza dough, leaving a 1/4 –inch edge. Place zucchini in circle around edge. Follow with yellow squash. Repeat, alternating zucchini and squash until covered. Scatter onion and grape tomatoes on top. Drizzle vegetables with extra virgin olive oil and place sliced mozzarella around pizza. Cook until crust is golden brown or according to crust instructions.
