Peppermint Iced Tea Aromatherapy Recipe

4 decaffeinated green tea bags
1/4 cup Young Living Blue Agave
3 Drops Young Living Peppermint Oil
3 Limes
64 ounces (pitcher) of hot water

In the bottom of a 64 ounce glass pitcher, pour Agave and
Peppermint oil. Pour in hot water and stir. Add tea bags and
steep until it has a dark caramel color. Quarter limes. Fill
serving glasses with ice and squeeze one lime slice in each
glass. Pour tea over ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.

Makes 16-4 oz. servings.

Aroma Drink

One Drop of Young Living Essential Oils to one glass of purified water.

To a Pitcher of water (1 qt.) you might want to experience more than one essential oil. For example: 2 drops of Young Living Lemon Oil and one drop of Thyme.

POPULAR OILS that you can use.
Grapefruit, Lavender, Lemon, Orange, Tangerine, Peppermint, Spearmint, Citrus Fresh, Thyme

Note: If you are inexperienced with the Young Living Oils and are not sure how much to use, you may find that you may have better control with the amount of essential oils by dipping a toothpick into the oils and then dip the tip into the beverage. Taste and test. The oils are potent, so do not over do it as the taste will be strong.

Master Cleanse Beverage with Aromatherapy

Take juice of 1/2 lemon
1 drop of the Oil of Lemon
Heat 8 ounces of purified water
Add 1 - 2 Tablespoons of Young Living Blue Agave
Add up to 1/10 tsp. cayenne pepper (red)

Mix together and enjoy this hot drink. It is refreshing and cleansing to the body.

Lavender Lemonade with Aromatherapy

7 lemons, peeled and juiced
2 limes, peeled and juiced
14 c. water
1 ½ c. Blue Agave
1 drop of lavender oil

Mix all ingredients together and chill. Add more water or Blue Agave, depending on the size and tartness of the fruit.

Easy Almond Milk

1 c. raw almonds
Water for soaking
3 c. water
1 tsp. Blue Agave

Put almonds in a large bowl. Cover with water and soak at least 2 hours. Drain and rinse thoroughly (if desired, almonds skins can be removed.) Combine almonds with water and sweetener. Blend on high for 2 minutes. Use straight, or strain for a smother texture. Delicious on cereal or as a beverage.

Refreshing Cherry Lemonade

2/3 c. Young Living Blue Agave
2 drops Young Living lemon oil
4 large lemons
1 bottle (24.4 oz) R.W. Knudsen Sparkling Cherry (any brand can be substituted)
Filtered water

In gallon pitcher, combine agave, lemon essential oil, juice of lemons, and sparkling cherry. Mix well and add filtered water to fill rest of pitcher. Chill in refrigerator until cold and serve over ice with sprig of mint or lemon wedge to garnish. Make 8 16-ounce servings.
