Wolfberry-Apple Porridge
1 c. quinoa
2-3 c. grain milk
1 apple, chopped
1/3 c. Young Living dried wolfberries
3 drops Young Living cinnamon bark oil
1 Tbsp. Young Living Blue Agave
Bring quinoa and 2 cups of milk to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add apples, wolfberries, and cinnamon. Cook for another 2 minutes. If porridge starts to stick or becomes too thick, add more milk. Cook until all milk is absorbed. Serve porridge in small bowls. Drizzle agave over the top. Add warmed milk to porridge, if desired. Makes 3-4 servings.

Breakfast Berry Delight

1 c. plain yogurt or soy yogurt
½ c. berries any kind (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
1 oz. berry young juice
Top off with blue agave. Blend, mix, or layer.
