_______________________________________________________________________Sweet Nut Mix with Aromatherapy Oils

3 c. whole, raw nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans)
1/8-1/3 c. Young Living Blue Agave
1-2 drops Young Living cinnamon bark oil
If not using a nonstick pan, coat with cooking spray or extra virgin olive oil. On medium heat, cook nuts and agave for 10-15 minutes. Stir continually to ensure nuts do not burn. When you can smell the nuts cook, remove from heat and add cinnamon bark essential oil and stir to coat. Place nuts on wax paper or parchment paper to cool. Nuts may be places close to one another to form clusters or may be separated. Makes 3 cups.

Fruit Salsa + Cinnamon Chips with Aromatherapy Oils

6 c. fruit, chopped
1 Tbsp. Young Living Blue Agave
3 Tbsp. orange preserves
2 drops Young Living tangerine oil
1 drop Young Living Citrus Fresh oil
Combine all ingredients, cover, and chill in refrigerator at least 15 minutes.
4 Tbsp. Young Living Blue Agave
3 drops Young Living cinnamon bark oil
4 8-inch sprouted grain tortillas, cut into wedges
Coconut oil
Mix agave and cinnamon oil; set aside. Cut tortillas into wedges and brush one side with natural coconut oil and the other agave-cinnamon oil mixture. Place on cookie sheet and put in a 350 degree F over for 8-10 minutes or until crisp and slightly browned. Allow to cool. Serve with chilled fruit. Makes 12-16 servings.

Tangy Dip

1 can black beans, thoroughly rinsed
1 can nibbled corn, drained
½ c. Young Living dried wolfberries
1 avocado, peeled and diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
Juice of one lime
3 drops Young Living Citrus Fresh oil
1 Tbsp. Young Living JuvaPower
Combine beans, corn, wolfberries, avocado, and bell pepper. Squeeze lime over mixture. Add Citrus Fresh essential oil and JuvaPower. Toss and serve with baked chips or crackers. Makes 5 cups.
