The Amazing Properties of Ningxia Wolfberry Juice

The wolfberry plant has been used for thousands of years in China to strengthen the eyes, liver, kidneys and immune system in the body. Today, residents in the Ningxia province living over 100 years exceed the national average by 400%! These residents claim that there secret is regularly partaking of locally grown wolfberries.
The wolfberry is a perennial that grows to a height of three to five feet. The fruit is oblong and red when ripe, containing 19 amino acids and over 20 trace minerals

How to Use Ningxia Red Juice
Ningxia wolfberry juice can be used for drinking and for external applications. A small amount generally goes a long way! For drinking Ningxia wolfberry juice, keep in mind that all of the natural fiber is present in the juice. Shake the juice well before drinking to have an even texture. Generally a few ounces is recommended, starting slowly with one to three ounces.
For external applications, ningxia wolfberry can be used as a poultice for arthritis, asthma, bronchitis and other lung conditions. It can also be used in a thickened paste for boils, bruises, blisters, canker sores and insect bites. Alternately, wolfberry juice can be thinned for soaking hands or feet to help remove toxins from the body.
Young Living’s Ningxia can be taken straight from the bottle, diluted with purified water or added to shakes, salad dressings and other creative culinary food and beverages. Ningxia Red is sold in glass bottles or one ounce packages, great for lunch boxes and travel.
