Bonnie Joanette is an energy healer working with people, horses and pets. Bonnie has fifteen years of experience in holistic therapies including Touch for Health, Reiki, reflexology, color/crystal therapy, aromatherapy oils, the vita-flex technique and the raindrop technique.

Bonnie's training includes practitioner and instructor certification in Touch for Health at the International Kinesiology College. She is also a Reiki master and teacher. Bonnie offers classes in both of these areas at the Tisdale Mall Business Center in Saskatchewan, Canada.

Bonnie draws from personal experience in her belief that we all need to be in a self-responsible mode to become aware of, develop and come into balance with our own unique purpose in life. We all have the power to change our attitude, posture and behavior to achieve our goals and reduce stress in our lives. Bonnie connects with spirit to gently rebalance the body, mind and soul. Healing Modality: Touch For Health

Touch for Health is the foundation of Bonnie's practice. Kinesiology is the art, the science and the philosophy of muscle testing. In Touch For Health, a series of light muscle testing is used to evaluate the whole body. Muscle testing detects various imbalances in the body that may relate to stress, nutrition, injuries, learning problems or other issues in our daily lives.

By using gentle, quick techniques these imbalances are then corrected. Every session will produce different results as you work to achieve balance. In Touch for Health, the goal is to have fun while teaching self-responsibility that will empower you to achieve your goals, dreams, health and optimal well being.

Healing Modality: Reflexology

Reflexology deals with the principles that there are reflex points on the feet and hands that correspond to the systems in the body. By working these reflex points one can relieve stress and tension to help the whole body to heal.

Healing Modality: Reiki

“Rei” refers to the universal energy. “Ki” is the life force that flows through everything. Reiki is a safe, gentle wholistic system of hands-on healing. Reiki will release stress and tension in our daily lives.

Techniques for Using Aromatherapy Oils

“Vita-Flex Technique” means increasing vitality through the reflexes when aromatherapy oils are applied to contact points on the feet. The “Raindrop Technique” is when oils are applied to the spine. This is an extrememly effective way to use aromatherapy oils to relieve tension and promote optimum health. Gentle massage techniques will melt away the stress and tension while the oils relax the body, mind and soul.
